Marie Pezza has 30 years of experience in the administrative field.  Prior to joining Canning Capital, she worked for The Providence Housing Authority and The Canning Management Group as an Executive Assistant. Marie began the role of Head of Loan Servicing in 2022.  Marie’s primary functions include ensuring recently funded loans are on boarded, handling day-to-day loan servicing transactions and overseeing the performance of all loans in the portfolio.  Marie is dedicated to streamlining processes, fostering collaboration and improving operational efficiency to achieve lasting results while ensuring compliance and client satisfaction. To unwind she enjoys walks in Misquamicut Beach in Westerly, Conimicut Point Park in Warwick, and Beavertail State Park in Jamestown.
