Robert Paliotta’s journey in real estate began after graduating from the University of Rhode Island in 2005 with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. Rob became a licensed realtor in 2005 and furthered his expertise by becoming a licensed broker in 2018. With over 300 career real estate transactions, he is proud to be part of Ropal Realty, a business established by his father in 1985. In addition to advising clients, he is also an active investment property owner and manager. At Canning Capital, Rob’s experience has allowed him to provide invaluable guidance on valuations on Rhode Island real estate. Beyond his professional life, Rob believes in giving back to the community that has given so much to him. He volunteers his time as a baseball and soccer coach at CLCF, where he gets to connect with the next generation of Rhode Islanders. As a lifelong resident of Rhode Island, what makes this state special to him is the fact that he can be in the city one minute, on a golf course the next and at the beach to finish his day. The proximity to all locations and everyone seemingly knowing each other makes Rhode Island feel like one big family – truly one of a kind.
